About David

I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997. I worked as a Senior Loan Officer at the North American Mortgage Company / Dime Savings Bank / Washington Mutual for three years, where I was recognized as the "Top Retail Producer" in 2001 and 2002, and was granted a "Million Dollar Award." In 2002, I was offered a Branch Manager position at Stockton Turner & Company, where I organized and ran a top producing branch for a period of four years, and was awarded the "2004 Legion of Merit Award for Outstanding and Superior Performance". I continued my career path as a Branch and Regional Manager with Amerifund Financial, Inc., American Nationwide Mortgage Company and Home Savings of America. During that time, I was awarded with such recognition's as “The National Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory Council” and “The Wall Street Journal Businessman of the Year” in 2003 & 2006. I also received "Congressional Medal of Distinction in Recognition of Outstanding Meritorious Service by the National Congressional Committee 2005 & 2008", among others. How It Works

  • After rereviewing your credit report, we will send to you (client) Information Statement and Full-Service Agreement to be signed. These documents stipulate our Warranty, Scope of Duties and Prices. You will know total cost of our service and schedule of payments before we start working with you.
  • The Agreement is for 6 months and should be notarized by a Public Notary close to you.
  • Our prices depend on number of incorrect negative lines in your report, start at $ 129 for the first work fee and monthly charges from $69.

REFUND POLICY

You (the client) may cancel agreement without any penalty or obligation within 5 days after the date on which you sign agreement. You may cancel your service at any time.  Upon cancellation, services will be stopped, and you will be liable for deletions removed within the last billing period, prior to cancellation.

We have created this privacy policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices. We understand the importance that Internet users place on privacy and have designed our service with this in mind. Like most standard website servers, we use log files. Log files track anonymous user information including, but not limited to, Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is tracked to analyze trends, administer the Website, track users' movements in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The information tracked via log files is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing of Information

Our company provides you with the opportunity to receive special offers, products and/or services from other third-party companies. To receive such offers, products and/or services your personally identifiable information supplied to us during the registration process will be shared with such third-party companies so that they may provide the product or service to you that you have ordered from them without requiring that you first complete another registration form. By submitting your e-mail address at the Website you agree to receive e-mail marketing from our company. The services we perform may include

Document preparation and credit education.  We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will choose which items you would like to dispute. We will advise you on steps to be taken to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained on your credit reports. We will prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports. You will forward to us your correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies and we will assist you in further correspondence with those agencies. Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours. In return, for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 5 business days from the date you signed it. Just send written notice as outlined in your client agreement.
